OBJECTIVE:
Provide prompt, accurate, professional customer service Assure deposit account information is accurately recorded, maintained and monitored
Essential Functions:
Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally assuring proper and appropriate distribution of calls Sell appropriate products and services to telephone customers Assure deposit account data entry is processed and verified according to standards and procedures Review activity on controlled accounts Correct and process encoding errors and other adjustments Schedule appointments for loan customers Conduct account research REQUIRED One year of customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Outlook.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
