Responsibilities:
Maintaining the utmost cleanliness and organized work environment within the trimming room Observing all required PPE requirements while trimming cannabis Effectively trim plants to enhance their overall beauty Maintaining accurate trim logs Maintaining accurate weight logs Occasionally required to trim plants off sticks once plant is dried Responsible for maintaining quality products Sorting different strains of cannabis Handling, transporting, and disposing of waste materials and accurately documenting all waste.
Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities that are assigned to you by the Team Lead and/or Packaging Supervisor Follow all health and safety regulations Collaborate and cooperate with each department Prepare accurate and timely reports as required Perform other duties as requested Skills &
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent Ability to pass a comprehensive background check as mandated by the Cannabis Control Board High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with your hands for prolonged periods Commitment to excellence and high standards Ability to take direction Possess a good attitude and pride in the work being accomplished in an outstanding manner Commitment to developing a range of skills in a fast-paced work environment Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently Maintain clean, orderly, sanitary conditions Professional and amicable demeanor Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Punctual and reliable with attendance Professional and able to take direction Dependable and hardworking attitude Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to work well with team members as well as individually Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and/or focus on one task for an entire day Must possess superior fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination Regularly makes people feel like they were the best part of your day Physical Requirements:
Frequently required to stand, walk, & sit Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity Frequently required to bend, squat, and twist ? Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, cutting, and fine manipulation Required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds Job Type:
